Flexibility class will help improve the dancers range of motion which makes the dancer appear more seamless. Not only does Flexibility elongate your lines but it enhances your dancing ability. This class will help strengthen muscles, increase extensions and enhance elasticity to help prevent injuries. Flexibility class will also focus on balance and strength through partnering contortion and Acro lifts

Leotard, tights, hair pulled up and no dance shoes boots (skirts or shorts are optional to wear over leotard and tights).
