Easter Break is April 6th through April 9th. No classes during this week.

Super Splitter Testing

April 13th–16th

Testing Times:

Monday April 13th 5:30 & 6:30

Tuesday April 14th 5:00 & 6:00

Wednesday April 15th 4:30 6:30

Thursday April 16th 5:30 & 7:00

If you believe your dancer qualifies as a Super Splitter or is a returning Super Splitter, please have them attend one of the upcoming Testing Times. Each testing session will last approximately 10 minutes. To achieve Super Splitter status, the dancer must hold each of the three splits—ensuring they touch the ground—for one minute each.

Hippity Hop with my Homie

April 13th through April 16th is Hippity Hop with my Homie. Parents may come and participate with their child during Petite Poppers or Hip Hop Classes during their scheduled time.

Costumes will go home with your child after pictures, or you may pick them up the week after pictures if their tuition is current. No costumes will be sent home until their account is current.

Picture week is Saturday April 18th, Monday April 20th, Tuesday April 21st, Wednesday April 22nd, Thursday April 23rd, and Friday April 24th. Pictures must be scheduled in the office. Be sure to bring your paperwork and payment of $50 per child with you. Payments can be cash or checks made out to Brittany Shade‑Durrett.

You will need a pair of tights without holes, dance shoes, and skin‑toned undergarments. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get in their first costume. Unfortunately we cannot run pictures over your scheduled time slot, so please arrive on time for your pictures.

NO Regular Dance classes during picture week.

April 23rd is the last day to sign your child up for the 5‑year or 10‑year dance award. The sign‑up sheet is on the wall next to recital information in front of the office. Students must be signed up by April 23rd to receive an award on stage.

Dad’s dance practice starts April 28th, 7:00–7:45pm.

Important Dates 2025/2026 Recital Date for 2025/2026 is June 7th.

From February 16th to 19th, we invite you to join your ballerina for a delightful Sweethearts Class! This event is exclusively for students enrolled in our Ballet classes and promises a fun-filled experience. Participants will enjoy: - Engaging stretches - Learning a special dance - Exciting activities and more!

Snow Closings/ Cancelations

On Stage Performance follows the WCPS for weather closings. On Stage Performance will cancel classes if WCPS is closed or closes after school programs.
