WHAT IS BALLET?

Ballet class is a fundamental class that teaches proper turn out, coordination, core work, body alignment, poise, and grace. Ballet is a disciplined dance style that teaches students to completely focus on the importance of their body movements. Beginner Ballet classes will focus on learning positions, performing simple movements gracefully, and move at a slower tempo. As the dancer gains more experience they will learn in depth Ballet techniques, different styles of Ballet, along with advanced barre skills. Ballet is a foundation class that will help improve your skills in every other dance style at any age.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Leotard, tights, hair pulled up and pink ballet slippers (skirts or shorts are optional to wear over leotard and tights).
